At Tasbihat, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
- Product is defective
- Order is lost during shipping
Refund Request Time
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Situations
